M&GPrudential was formed in August 2017 through the combination of M&G Investments, the international asset manager founded in 1931, and Prudential’s UK and European insurance and savings business. Together we manage the long-term savings of more than 7 million people in the UK and across Europe, Asia and the Americas. We are looking for individuals starting out in their careers who would like to join our organisation on one of our specialist schemes. Our schemes are:
- The M&GPrudential Apprenticeship Scheme – for recent school leavers, post-college/sixth form
- The M&GPrudential Internship Scheme for penultimate-year university students in either Investment, Technology or Distribution
- The M&GPrudential Graduate Scheme – for final-year undergraduates and recent graduates in either Investment, Technology or Distribution

WHAT DO OUR INTERNSHIPS OFFER YOU?
Our Summer Internship Programme runs for eight weeks from June to August, throughout which you will have the opportunity to dive into the work of our day-to-day activities across many departments. The programme acts as a pipeline for our graduate schemes. At the end of the eight-week internships, those who are successful are offered a place to start with us the following year once they have finished their studies.
On the internship scheme, you will experience a wide-ranging training programme, including workshops on investment management and all our business areas. These workshops are designed to be suitable for those with and without industry knowledge and will take place in the first couple of weeks of the scheme.
We will also allocate you a recent graduate to act as a buddy before you join, who will be able to support you throughout the internship. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to attend a number of networking and social events during your time with us.

WHAT DO OUR GRADUATE SCHEMES OFFER YOU?
Our Graduate Schemes offer you the chance to start working with us in a variety of areas, such as Investment, Distribution or Technology. Our programmes are rotational, which gives you the chance to develop your skills and experience whilst moving around different teams and learning about the different areas. You will receive a five-week introductory training programme to help you learn about asset management and M&GPrudential. You will be paired with a buddy from the previous Graduate cohort to help guide and support you, as well as the opportunity to work with a mentor from within the business. We will also support you with your IMC (Investment Management Certificate) qualification as part of the Graduate programme. Other training will also be available to you during the scheme.
The rotational scheme runs for 12-18 months starting in September and we will support you to find your permanent home in the business at the end of the scheme. You will receive regular reviews to accelerate your performance and enhance personal development.
