Job role: Janus Henderson Investors are looking for a school leaver to become a Operations Control Apprentice.
This role is an Investment Operations Technician Apprenticeship which is a work based qualification combining practical training in a job and study. The apprenticeship is an 18 month fixed term contract during which you will complete the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment (CISI) Investment Operations Certificate. Full on the job training is provided by Janus Henderson, with a full apprenticeship package delivered by Fitch Learning in the workplace. You will be required to assemble evidence that demonstrates learning and development activities and receive ongoing support from your assessor who will meet with you every 6 weeks.
Operations Control provides oversight of JHI’s end-to-end Middle-Office functions, with a particular focus on control and risk management, to ensure an excellent service for our internal and external clients. The team acts as an interface between JHI’s internal organisation and the Middle Office Third-Party Administration provider (TPA) and continuously works to increase the breadth and depth of our Operating Model to meet our clients’ needs.
