WHY JOIN US?
The purpose of our trainee programme is to enable individuals with limited or no exposure to financial services to start their careers and gain the skills and experience required to progress their careers within the investment management industry.
As a trainee you join a motivating and nurturing environment providing you with the grounding and experience to enable you to start your career within the industry. You will receive ongoing training throughout your time at GAM, not only on the job but also by attending the courses arranged by our in-house Education & Development department. A variety of courses will be tailored specifically to provide you with useful business and life skills for your personal development, in addition to courses on understanding the industry and our products. In addition, each trainee will be assigned a mentor within the team they join to work in partnership with, which will enable you to get the most out of your time at GAM.
The social side of your time with GAM should not be forgotten.
