This year, there are three streams in London which you can apply for. You will need to rank your stream preference as part of the application process.

Marketing – London

The Marketing team are involved in communicating and marketing our products to existing and prospective clients. Every day is different, with a wide range of tasks such as organising events, supporting marketing campaigns, monitoring press coverage of the firm, managing content and collateral production, and analysing marketing trends. The role will have a particular focus on our digital strategy, where you will be able to work on projects such as social media, websites, electronic communications and online portals. The role will also get the opportunity to do a short secondment with the Sales teams, to understand how they work with Marketing to win new clients and keep our existing clients happy.

Risk & Compliance – London

The Risk & Compliance team play a critical role in identifying and controlling the company’s risk profile. You will interact with a wide range of departments, get exposure to all areas of risk management and compliance activities, along with the opportunity to learn more broadly about the operational and regulatory framework within which an international investment management firm operates. Some of the work you will be involved in includes monitoring business activities, regulatory projects, compliance record keeping, investigation of risk incidents and breaches, preparing management committee and board papers.

Product – London

The Product team are central to how our investments funds are structured and managed. The team work with fund managers, legal, operations, compliance and sales team to develop new investment funds or restructure our current products, to ensure they remain market competitive. Due to the global nature of our business, working in Product will provide you exposure to colleagues in Europe, Asia and Australia too. Some projects you might work on include conducting global competitor research and conducting annual reviews across all our fund products to ensure they are compliant to various laws, whilst ensuring they meet our clients’ needs.


We’re looking for school leavers who are keen and eager to learn. The ideal candidate would have the following:
