Job Roles: Barings are looking for a school/college leaver to become a Operations Trainee.
You will be working alongside departmental leads and be responsible for support function, hands-on project with real client impact and delivering great client experience.
The role is diverse as it includes operational oversight of the funds offering various opportunities within the department, with ability to network and work with global teams.

Barings’ London office has 15 sports and social clubs you can get involved in, from cooking and languages clubs, to our very own Barings football team and running club. They all raise money for our two chosen charities of the year, which, for 2019 are: Royal Trinity Hospice and Leap Confronting Conflict.
