Investment20/20 has won ‘Financial News: Diversity Initiative of the Year’ Award for the success of the Think Investments programme. This programme was designed to help young adults from diverse and disadvantaged backgrounds to gain knowledge and experience within the Investment Management industry. The programme offered 65 Year 13 students, 109 work shadowing opportunities as well as 6 work shops to help prepare for the world of work and to applicant ready.
