You may not have any work or industry experience but don’t worry, you don’t need it for this programme! Our focus is on finding those with the right attitude and values who are willing to learn. This programme is an excellent opportunity for school leavers to kick start their career in the industry.
What can you expect from the programme?
About You
Don’t worry if you don’t have much experience or know a lot about the industry yet we’re just looking for individuals who are self-motivated, team-oriented, and effective communicators. More importantly, we value those who can take initiative and tackle challenges head-on.
You will start on the programme in September 2025 on a 12 month fixed term contract. Upon completion of the programme, if there is the opportunity to apply for a permanent role you'd then follow the career progression applicable to that specific role/department.
