What you'll be doing
Join the Customer Service Apprenticeship Programme and gain the essential experience and skills to excel at Legal & General. You’ll start with a cohort of apprentices and dive into our engaging induction, giving you insights into our business and helping you build a strong professional network.
In this full-time, permanent role, you’ll receive on-the-job training and coaching from your line manager and team, enhancing your business acumen and risk skills. Plus, you’ll study for an industry-recognised Professional Qualification, equipping you with the knowledge to tackle real-world business challenges.
Over two years, you’ll rotate across various locations and teams, gaining a broad range of experiences. By the end of the programme, you’ll have a clear vision of where your interests, skills and experience can take you within Legal & General.
During the programme you will:
Join us on a 15-month programme which includes sponsorship to study for a Level 2 in Financial Services, whilst building your business acumen. You’ll receive on the job training and coaching from your line manager. Practical on the job learning will include:
As part of the 15-month programme, you’ll complete three rotations within different Customer Service teams. Alongside this you’ll complete training and assignments, delivered by a leading apprenticeship training provider. Once a month, you’ll have a working day to focus on your studies and personal development. Combined, these will fully equip you to be successful in your role, with the knowledge and skills required to apply to real world business challenges.
