Company Overview
MFS® is an active investment manager with a century of experience and as one of the world’s largest investment managers, MFS serves clients around the globe and across asset classes, selling our products through financial intermediaries.
In our business, it’s our people who make what we do possible, and we consider them our most valuable asset. Our culture and work environment remind us to do the right thing for our clients and each other.
Contribute to something meaningful
Just as important as the way we work is the meaningful work we do. The money in our care represents someone's future.
Belong to a team that cares about you
Being part of a team at MFS means being cared for, respected, trusted and valued for what you bring to the table. That takes a special kind of teamwork — not only working together but also believing there is strength in our differences.
Thrive professionally and personally
MFS supports each employee’s whole self, so they can thrive personally and professionally here.
What we look for
We want team players, long-term thinkers, problem solvers and intellectually curious individuals — people who are looking to grow in their own careers, while contributing to something bigger than themselves. We take the time to identify the right talent because we believe it's far easier to teach on-the-job skills to a passionate and collaborative life-long learner than it is to change someone's value system
