Join the Investment20/20 program at JPMorganChase, a leading global financial services firm. You'll gain exposure to Asset Management and contribute to our success through a 12-month traineeship. We aim to secure permanent roles for our trainees, with over 85% success rate. You'll be mentored and part of the Investment20/20 community, offering industry networking opportunities.
As an Investment20/20 Program trainee within JPMorganChase, you will experience a diverse range of projects and tasks, offering you growth and a comprehensive introduction to our business. This 12-month fixed-term program is designed to provide you with valuable on-the-job experience. You'll need to be available to work full-time (in office), starting in early September 2025, for the entire duration of the program. We offer exciting traineeship opportunities across various business areas, with a particular focus on Client Services and Operations. This is a fantastic chance to immerse yourself in the industry and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Program Period
September 2025 – August 2026
Upon completion of the program in August 2026, successful trainees will be eligible to transition into permanent positions.

What’s next?
We invite you to submit a comprehensive and thoughtful application, including your resume, to help us learn more about you. Your application and resume serve as our initial introduction, so it's crucial to complete all relevant sections to provide us with a full picture of your qualifications and experiences.
To begin the application process, you will be asked to enter your email address. This email will be used to create and maintain your profile, so please ensure it is one you will have long-term access to. Avoid using an email address with a ".edu" extension, as this may cause delays in receiving updates about your application status.
Once you have submitted your application, we will review it to assess your eligibility. If you advance to the next stage, you will receive an email invitation to participate in a video interview via HireVue.
If successful after HireVue the next recruitment step is zoom interview.
Final recruitment step for all that advanced after initial screening, HireVue and zoom interview is an in-person Assessment Centre. The Assessment Centre for candidates successful in prior recruitment stages will take place on 2 May 2025.
