I started my role as a Trainee Administrator working with two
businesses - The Investment Association and Investment20/20. The
most challenging part of the role was managing competing demands
and priorities for different bosses with different
expectations. In order to coordinate effectively and find a
working balance, I have learned to take
initiative, be proactive and transparent with my communication.

to kick start my Digital career and get
my foot in the door to the Investment
