By booking and participating in an Investment20/20 workshop, the education provider (school, college, university)/other organisation agrees to:

Be fully responsible for student safeguarding, welfare and behaviour. Whilst Investment20/20 recognises the importance of safeguarding, the responsibility for safeguarding and student welfare remains with the education provider.
Ensure that the activity is implemented in a way that complies with your organisation’s safeguarding policy.
Provide a member staff who is in attendance throughout the session
Ensure that Investment20/20 representatives and those from Investment20/20 member firms are never left alone with students at any point before, during or after the session.
Provide a key contact (name, mobile phone number and email address) to liaise with Investment20/20 on all logistics in advance of the session.
If it is a virtual session, set up a remote learning link on a platform that is not Google (i.e., Microsoft Teams, Zoom) that complies with the education provider’s Safeguarding Policy. A member of staff from the education provider must be in attendance for the duration of the session.
Not share the contact details of individual Investment20/20 representatives or Investment20/20 member firm representatives with students.
Tell students that they are not to reach out to Investment20/20 representatives Investment20/20 member firm representatives on any social media platforms.
Tell students to email [email protected] if they have questions following the session.
