Why do you enjoy your job?
It is extremely busy here in the HR Department, each day is different, and I am constantly learning something new which keeps each day exciting. I would say attention to detail and accuracy are the most important things that are within my role.
What is the most challenging thing about your job?
Managing your time – we receive a great volume of queries that need to be responded to in a timely fashion. However, with the help of my team it’s easy to do this while simultaneously managing expectations to ensure that any information/reports that are provided are of a high quality.
What is the most challenging thing about your job?
I recently finished my A levels and I was unsure whether I wanted to go to University. I had been informed by my career’s adviser that Investment20/20 were advertising roles for school leavers that allowed you to learn on the job as well as receive internal and external training, which seemed like a great idea to me! I applied for a role at Invesco and luckily enough was successful in my application.
How would you sum up your Investment20/20 experience?
A brilliant opportunity which allows you to learn about the Asset Management Industry while gaining valuable work experience.
