Why do you enjoy your job?

During my apprenticeship I rotate around various team within the business who work within Investment Operation departments. I have been at M&GPrudential for 9 months now and I am already in my third team and I have learnt so many different new skills.

What is the most challenging thing about your job?

For me, the most challenging thing was being able to balance changing job roles frequently and studying at the same time. However, M&GPrudential support and offer advise towards your exam and they allow you to take time off, away from your desk to revise.

How did you get into your job?

At Sixth Form I studied Business and Finance A level, which helped me gain an understanding of the industry before starting my apprenticeship. When I finished Sixth Form, I knew I wanted to go straight into a job.

Investment20/20 had live apprenticeship roles on their website all the time and that is how I found the one for my current role at M&GPrudential. Being an Investment20/20 apprentice means that I am invited to their insight days and training days, which helps you gain experience and knowledge.
