Why do you enjoy your job?
Being a change team, our role is quite diverse, but it mainly involves working with IT and the business on change projects which could be a system upgrade or a small IT change. The best thing about my job is the range of work do: no day is the same which makes it exciting.
What is the most challenging thing about your job?
Getting to grips with the terminology used and the technical side of an IT change or request.
How did you get into your job?
I finished my A-Levels in 2016 and really liked the look of Schroders as well as their role as a global firm and completed their application process. Investment20/20 has given us many opportunities to get involved in talks and social events to enhance our knowledge about the financial industry.
What are your future aspirations?
To enhance my knowledge about the technical process within portfolio services and gain the appropriate qualifications to help me further.
