Why do you enjoy your job?
I enjoy my job as it is never the same every day. One day you could be doing one thing and the following day something completely different. This entices me more to my role as it keeps it interesting and more challenging as you don’t know what to expect when coming into the office. My job allows me to communicate with all areas and levels of the company which enables me to gain wider knowledge on what certain roles might entail. My role offers a lot of skills that could later be transferred into completely different roles, so it gives me greater opportunities going forward.
What is the most challenging thing about your job?
When there is a high workload, meeting expectations and deadlines can be challenging however overcoming these challenges offers a great personal satisfaction and displays the progress you’re making first hand.
How did you get into your job?
After finishing college, I worked in retail whilst actively looking and applying for jobs. I came across an advert on social media regarding my current role and immediately I was sold. I applied to the job vacancy and had an interview to then be told I had got the job.
What are your future aspirations?
I plan to get further training within my current role to further my experience and knowledge.
How would you sum up your Investment20/20 experience?
Investment20/20 has made my experience nothing short of excellent as they have allowed access to have a job in a field I enjoy at a great Investment firm.
