I have been on the apprenticeship scheme at M&G Investments* for almost a year now and I feel incredibly privileged to have been given the opportunity to work here. The scheme has taken me from knowing nothing about asset management to feeling confident and capable in my role and able to progress my career within the industry. This has been helped by those who I have worked with, all of whom have been very supportive of the apprenticeship and helped me develop my knowledge and understanding of the job and the wider industry.
