We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to start their career and join our Compliance team.

The Team
The successful candidate will support the Chief Compliance Officer in delivering a robust compliance monitoring programme and updating regulatory policies in line with best practice and regulatory requirements. There will also be opportunities to get involved in transformation projects and initiatives more broadly in the business. We manage a wide range of products in a number of jurisdictions, giving the successful candidate broad exposure. The small nature of the team means the opportunity to work directly with our Chief Compliance Officer and other senior managers in the business.
Programme information
You will join as part of the Investment20/20 programme and you will have opportunities to meet and network with over 300 trainees across the industry and participate in socials and insight events.
This is a permanent role with a salary of £35,000. There will be commercially relevant training and continuous support throughout your entire career journey, including continued professional development. We offer an extensive benefits package, flexible working practices and the opportunity to be part of a fun team who have regular social and wellbeing activities. You will receive 25 days annual leave. This role is based in London.
