Programme information
AB joined the Investment20/20 program back in 2019, we launched several roles across our Client & Marketing Group, Multi Asset Investment and Operations teams. This year we plan to add more Investment20/20 roles across our business in our Investment Management and Operations and Client Group teams.
If successful, you will join as a trainee within AB’s Client Group. Our traineeship will introduce you to the world of investment management, allowing you to build industry knowledge, experience and relationships that will benefit your career and provide you with skills to secure a permanent role. As you progress in your role, we will support you in achieving a professional qualification if this is something you are interested in. As part of the Investment20/20 programme, you will also have opportunities to meet and network with over 300 trainees across the industry and participate in socials and insight events.
Our trainee programme is a fixed term, one-year contract paying £25,000 per annum. You will receive 25 days annual leave. You will also qualify for participation in our non-contributory pension scheme as well as being invited to join other company benefit schemes should you wish to do so. All roles are based in London.

The Team
The UK retail team services a range of Wholesale clients including banks, platforms and other distributors. The team is made up of Client Directors (“Advisors”) and Associates who partner with multiple internal teams to provide investment solutions which help meet client needs. The team is looking for someone to help support all members of this fast-paced team. The individual will have day to day exposure to the four Advisors in the group and will work alongside two Associates that are focused on the UK retail business.
As part of this role, the individual will also support the *EMEA Product & Market Intelligence (PS&D) team. Training will be provided on how to use external databases to source and process information using a range of tools (including Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc) so that you can help provide insightful analysis and business reports.
*EMEA – Europe, Middle East and Africa.
