Become a Trainee

The Investment20/20 trainee programme will provide you with 12 month trainee position within an investment management firm.

You will receive in depth on the job training within a department as well as access to Investment20/20’s suite of learning and development opportunities. You will be strongly placed to secure a permanent position at the end of the programme and 75% of our 2,400 trainees have secured a permanent role with their firm.

Most trainee positions are 12 months but apprenticeship positions can be longer typically between 18 months and two years. You can expect a salary at least in line with the London Living Wage: £21,200 to £25,000 is typically the current starting level. You may also be eligible for normal company benefits such as medical insurance or a season ticket loan.
